Planning our trailer

To plan our trailer, first wrote a story board to work out what scenes we would film first and what they would look like. We sketched the scenes, and once we had decided on them, went off to film them.

We matched the length of our shots to their importance in the trailer. The more important shots were longer to allow the viewer to take in all of the information in the shot. Some scenes were filmed multiple times to ensure that the take we used was the best it could be.


We established roles in the group. Rhya was the camera woman and Max and I were actors. This was because there were no women roles in the trailer. We directed as a group, presenting our ideas to each other and deciding what we felt worked best.
